Bag of Huila, Colombia Coffee
The coffee was fermented in tanks for between 30 - 40 hours and sundried. A rare breed of classic washed Colombias, this washed coffee from the growers group offers a nostalgic return to the sensory pleasures Colombia is known for: balance, confident acidity, deep chocolate impulses. In the aroma and cup: dark chocolate and almond. Acidity is high-toned while mouthfeel is full and viscous. The finish is integrated, carrying over all the flavors from the cup.
